How to request a refund
Reply to your order email or email us at hello@vintagerestorer.app with your order ID. We will review and process eligible refunds within 1 business day.
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
- Each order is eligible for one refund.
- Multi-photo packs (e.g. Family, Album): if you have already downloaded and used part of the credits, only unused credits are refundable. We may issue a pro-rata refund at our discretion.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for orders associated with violations of our Terms of Service, including prohibited content uploads, abuse, chargeback fraud, or attempts to bypass our content rules. In such cases, access is revoked and the order is terminated without refund.
Processing time
Refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
